1. How Do I Reset My Password Or Recover My Account?

If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t log in to your MIZO CRM account, you can reset your password quickly using your registered mobile number or email ID.

Step-by-Step Recovery Process

Click on “Forgot Password”

On the MIZO CRM login page, click the “Forgot Password” option.

You’ll be asked to enter your registered mobile number or email address.

 Receive OTP or Reset Link

You will get a One-Time Password (OTP) or a reset link via :

🔹SMS (if you entered your mobile number)
🔹 Email (if you entered your email address)

Make sure to check your inbox or spam folder for the message.

Set Your New Password

Enter the OTP or click the reset link, then :

🔹Create a new strong password
🔹Confirm the password
🔹Submit to complete the process

Log In Again

You’ll be redirected to the login page. Use your mobile number/email and new password to log in to your MIZO CRM account.
