1. How Do I Cancel My Subscription To MIZO CRM?

If you wish to cancel your MIZO CRM subscription, the process is simple and handled directly through our support team. We do not currently offer a self-service cancellation option inside the dashboard.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

 2. Confirmation & Closure

Our team will :

🔹Verify your account
🔹Process the cancellation
🔹Confirm the end date of your current billing cycle

You will receive confirmation once the cancellation is completed.

Important Notes:

You can cancel at any time — your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If you’re on a 7-day free trial, cancellation will deactivate your account immediately.

Your CRM data may be retained temporarily after cancellation for backup purposes, unless you request permanent deletion.
