How are user permissions handled?

Role-based access controls ensure each user only sees and manages the data relevant to their position. Agents can only access their own student applications.

What is the main plan offered by UNi-EduCa?

The main plan is a single all-inclusive University CRM package priced at $4,500 per year. It gives your university full access to every feature – student management, agent management, applications, automation, dashboards, updates, and support – all in one transparent plan.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. The $4,500 plan includes complete setup, onboarding, and configuration for your university. You won’t be charged anything extra.

Do we have to pay separately for updates or support?

No. Regular feature updates, maintenance, and dedicated support are fully included in your yearly plan.

Is the pricing different based on student or agent volume?

No. It’s a single transparent price – no per-student, per-agent, or per-user charges. One university = one yearly plan.
